During the annual Disney shareholders meeting, Bob Iger revealed the opening dates Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Fans will have the chance to step in into the Galaxy Far Far Away at Disneyland on May 31st of this year and three months later at Disney World on August 29th.
I must say that the park is opening much soon than expected. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. Also of note, is that the park is planning to spread out the openings of its various attractions. Rise of the Resistance, a ride where fans will come face-to-face with the First Order, won’t open in the park until later this year. That’s not necessarily a bad thing as it will give the park time to smooth out some kinks and give visitors the best experience possible.
