The much-anticipated new trailer for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” reportedly will be paired with “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” bringing together two of Disney’s biggest properties.
However, Collider questions how the studio will time the rollout, as the trailer will premiere at the April 16-19 Star Wars Celebration, which arrives just before “Age of Ultron” begins its international release on April 22. Will Disney go ahead and unveil the footage online following the Star Wars Celebration screening, to get ahead of low-quality bootlegs that will otherwise inevitably surface?
“Avengers: Age of Ultron” opens May 1 in North America. “Stars Wars: The Force Awakens” opens Dec. 18.
